What we collect

Rank My Games stores the account details you provide, including your name, email address, and password hash. We also store the games you add, your Steam imports, your head-to-head picks, and the rankings generated from those picks.

Steam imports

Steam library import works with public Steam profile data. We use your Steam ID or profile URL to fetch your public game list from Steam. We do not ask for your Steam password.

Private by default

Your personal game library, comparison history, and personal ranking are private by default. Public ranking pages use aggregate game data and do not show your private account details.

Third-party services

Rank My Games may use Steam, RAWG, and SteamGridDB to import games and enrich game metadata such as covers, years, and genres. Those services handle their own requests under their own policies.
